Buyers Agent Comparison provides a concierge matching service that connects home buyers with buyers agents. Our Service includes:

• A quiz to capture your property search preferences
• An algorithm-based matching system to pair you with suitable buyers agents
• Warm introductions between you and matched agents
• Follow-up communications to support your property search journey

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from using the Service under any applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the quiz and registration process
• Respond promptly to communications from matched agents
• Act in good faith when engaging with matched agents
• Not misuse the Service for purposes other than finding a buyers agent
• Not attempt to circumvent our Service to contact agents directly without our introduction

5. No Fee for Buyers

Our Service is provided free of charge to home buyers. We generate revenue through referral arrangements with buyers agents who pay us a fee when they successfully assist a referred client in purchasing a property. This fee structure does not affect the price or quality of service you receive from the matched agent.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to match you with suitable buyers agents, we do not guarantee:

• That you will find the perfect agent through our Service
• That matched agents will be available or responsive
• That you will successfully purchase a property
• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of any agent's services

Our role is limited to facilitating introductions. Any engagement between you and a matched agent is a direct relationship between you and that agent.

7. Agent Vetting

We undertake reasonable efforts to vet agents in our network, including verifying licenses and reviewing track records. However, we do not guarantee the competence, conduct, or suitability of any agent. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any agent's services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Buyers Agent Comparison and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without prior written consent.

9. User Content

By submitting information through our quiz or other features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that information for the purpose of providing our Service. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyers Agent Comparison shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any actions, advice, or services provided by matched agents

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buyers Agent Comparison, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
