Is your service really free for buyers?
Yes, 100% free. You'll never pay a cent to use our matching service. We're paid by agents only when they successfully help a referred client purchase a property. This means our success is directly tied to yours.
How is this different from agent directories?
Unlike directories where you browse endless listings, we do the research for you. We personally vet every agent, understand their specialities, and match you based on your specific needs. You receive warm, personalised introductions rather than cold contact details.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all major metropolitan areas across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and their surrounding suburbs. Our network continues to grow, so even if your area isn't listed, complete our quiz and we'll do our best to find a suitable match.
How long does the matching process take?
After completing our 3-minute quiz, you'll typically receive your agent matches within 24 hours via personalised email introductions. During busy periods, this may extend to 48 hours.

We thoroughly evaluate each agent on multiple criteria: years of experience, transaction history, client testimonials, area expertise, professional licensing, and ongoing performance. We also limit the number of agents in our network to maintain quality, and continuously monitor client feedback.
Why am I matched with only 2 agents?
Quality over quantity. Instead of overwhelming you with options, we carefully select the 2 agents best suited to your specific needs. This means meaningful conversations rather than repeating your requirements to dozens of agents. You can always request additional matches if needed.
What if I don't like my matched agents?
No problem! Let us know your concerns and we'll provide alternative matches. There's no obligation to work with any agent we introduce you to. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Are all buyers agents licensed?
Absolutely. All agents in our network hold current real estate licences as required by Australian law. We verify their credentials before they can join and monitor for ongoing compliance.
The Process
What happens after I'm matched with agents?
You'll receive personalised email introductions to each agent with their background, expertise, and why they're a good fit. They'll reach out to schedule an initial consultation (usually a phone call or video chat) to discuss your property goals in detail. From there, you decide if you'd like to work together.
Am I obligated to use an agent I'm matched with?
Not at all. Our introductions are just that — introductions. You're free to have conversations, ask questions, and ultimately decide if an agent is the right fit. There's zero pressure or obligation.
Can I use the service if I'm still exploring?
Absolutely! Whether you're ready to buy now or just starting to explore, our agents are happy to have a no-pressure conversation about the market and your options. Many clients start early in their journey.
What information do I need to provide?
Our quiz asks about your target areas, property type, budget range, buying timeline, and what matters most to you in an agent. We also collect your contact details so agents can reach out. Your information is kept confidential and never sold.

How much do buyers agents typically charge?
Buyers agents typically charge either a flat fee (ranging from $10,000-$25,000 depending on the property value and service level) or a percentage of the purchase price (usually 1-2%). Some offer tiered packages. Your matched agents will discuss their fees during your initial consultation.
Is hiring a buyers agent worth the cost?
